SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post with optional shipping upgrades at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Her & The Sea.
Please be advised, Her & The Sea is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on our site.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order, so please be sure to confirm your shipping information. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Her & The sea is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Please note that Her & The Sea is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
